before getting married you can't add your spouse unless your relationship falls under Common- law or conjugal partner.

In this case it will be Family sponsorsip Program (FSP) in which there are 2 options for spouse application:
1. Inland App (processing time is 26months for complete app)
2. Outland app (around 18 months for NDVO)
