Seniors , please clarify the following doubt.

After applying in the month of September 2014, My spouse(Dependent) travelled to two countries on business trip .
Should I have to inform NDVO regarding the travel.
if yes, how should I do. Your suggestions are much awaited.

i added my spouse as dependent but not as accompanying member as she was not having passport, but later she got,

now although she is done with medics and we have submitted all docs. how can i make her to accompany me. we have not paid any fee for her processing. can someone guide
