I have a query: I am still waiting for my PPR/ DM. my time lines are as below:
Medicals received - 21st Feb
FBI reports received by CIC- 29th Apr

When can I expect the golden email? seniors please advice...

My application Status changed to DECISION MADE on 23rd March. (medical is done in Feb, all required fees have been paid in Feb)

Still waiting for PPR.

Emailed a couple of times to immigration but no reply.

What to do next???

Confirmation of Permanent residence -COPR

This is given in 2 copies when you get visa stamped on your Passport .

You need this when you travel to Canada and for applying PR card and opening bank account from India.

For the pof I need to carry 20k CAD.
What is the best way to carry such a huge amount. The travel agents are not issuing usd above 1lakh INR per person. Pls suggest.

Can you elaborate what travel agents are ?

Which Travel cards did you apply for ?

Did you try opening account and bank transfers ?

Have you explored Travellers cheque which can be really head ache if you lose it ?

DD is option provided you dont lose it but if you lose you would have go through painful processes in place ?

CIC fee $550+150+150 and RPRF 490 = $1340 How to pay it cummulative

Many of you would ve included your would be or new born baby. How you paid your fee to NDVO.

Bro have your 4 lines been updated and could you share your timelines ?

How did you pay rprf ? Was it DD?

Did you apply for GCMS notes?

If you have raised CSE if so when it takes them around 20 plus days to get back .

If they are not responding it could be all is fine but they have parked your file for next batch of PPR.

But if you are worried apply for Gcms and get to know what is pending and then take action.

Hi guys,

My family and I did emedicals that were submitted on April 10th to the visa office. Then on April 16th I sent them the declaration for non-accompanying child. On May 02nd I sent the original fbi criminal report and up to now I have only 2nd line saying that processing started March 25th. What could have delayed 3rd line? Is there anybody here with similar situation?
