Can i send my passport from dhl nepal since vfs nepal.is closed due to earthquake....dhl is saying i need to send my n spouse passort seperately is it fine....i will buy prepaid envelop and send if dhl is fine....whats the suggestion dear friend

NDVO will not give you any status apart from the fact that you file is under processing.
GCMS notes is the only way to get the as is details on your file.

Received PPR just an hour ago but unfortunately,VFS in my country has been closed due to earthquake. Is there any option available to send PP like DHL and Fedex? Next,my address has been changed too,how can I update for the same?

Passports are normally transmitted securely through the services of VFS Global, which is the authorized Canadian Visa Application Centre (VAC) within India and Nepal.

Currently the VAC in Nepal is closed due to the earthquake. Please monitor the website of VFS Global at http://www.vfsglobal.ca/canada/nepal/ for information when services will be restored.

You have the option to wait until the VAC in Nepal reopens, or if you have the ability to travel outside of Nepal you may:

• submit your passport to any Canadian VAC in India along with the passport request letter, or
• deliver your passport directly in person to the High Commission of Canada in New Delhi while the VAC in Nepal is closed.

• Passports submitted between 9am to 11am Monday to Friday will be returned the same day in the afternoon.
• Passports submitted between 1pm and 3pm from Monday to Thursday will be returned the next morning. Proceed to the Visa window near Gate #2.
