Dear Seniors,

One of my friend whose file transferred from NDVO/WVO, NOC 4214, PER date 08/01/2015 and AOR date 03/02/2015 and awaiting SLU got a visit on his linkedin profile yesterday by anonymous.

What does it indicate from background check point of view?

He has provided all details such as appointment orders, salary slips, reference letters from two superiors, etc and is having more than 8 years of experience.

He has updated his linkedin profile too as per his PER application 2-3 months ago.

He is very tensed, seniors please give your opinion.

This kind of Verification is quite normal and many forum members have noticed such verification when they were waiting for their SLU.
If he has correctly mentioned details in his Linked In account then he should not worry.

Probably he will have his SLU in a day or two, as per my previous observations.

Cheers

I'm very worried.

i had my medical exam last april 30 2015. Unfortunately i was asked to have a repeat chest xray because they said that I have a grade 1.1 result. But a week before my actual medical exam i went for a routine chest xray but there was no abnormal finding (normal chest xray). i am very worried. how will this possibly affect my application? i dont have history of TB, but i had brochitis last 2011 and took antibiotics. however, they allowed me to have my MMR vaccination and did not require any further test. any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Congrats TryingGirl , we all wish you a great future ahead in Canada:)
All the very best ;):)
Cheers !!!!

+1 to you :)

Thank you so much buddy. Feeling was awesome.

I was in middle of a meeting. to be honest, bored but all that changed when i saw DM on e-Cas check on my Android phone.

Immediately came out of the meeting, Called my consultant and i was just so lost in the moment that i didnt hear anything apart from PPR from her. then posted here to inform all my wonderful friends on the forum. Called my parents and told them about it. It was some day for me :) :) :)

Here is something for you buddy (Screenshots of DM on eCAS)

Hi. I need some help with my situation.

I have to travel to Canada and come back in 1 weeks time. After that I have to travel in 1 month's time but I cant enter Canada without the PR card and it will take atleast 38 days to get the PR card after my first entry.

So I was exploring the options to enter the Canada without the PR card. One option is that I get a Travel document issued from embassy in Delhi. Does anyone know how long it takes to get a travel document issued??

Second option is I enter in personal vehicle from US border. I can enter in private vehicle without PR card using COPR and landing proof. Has someone entered using these documents without the PR card??

You just made the day for a lot of guyss on this forum by posting your DM!
More wishes & blessings to you :)
