Finally. I collected passport from VFS Bangalore today.. Very happy to have maple leaf stamped on my passport now.

Just checked the VFS status it says "Your processed passport has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office NEW DELHI, on 22/04/2015 to the Canada Visa Application Centre"



How many days before I can go and collect my PP from VFS centre

The waiting period begins on the date you establish or re-establish residence in Ontario. If you are an eligible temporary resident, such as a foreign worker who meets the citizenship and residence requirements described in Ontario's Health Insurance Act, the waiting period begins on the date you establish residence in Ontario.

Your coverage begins when the waiting period ends - after three calendar months.

For example:

Date Residence is Established in Ontario January 15 Coverage Begins April 15

2nd Line Update - 17 Mar 15
MR & RPRF Request - 31 Mar 15
Medicals done - 9 Apr 15
Medicals & RPRF documents delivered at NDVO - 14 Apr 15
RPRF DD encashed - not yet

Chek in VFS status with your tracking id
Visa application, tracking ID No.20150401XXXXXXXXX – Your processed passport has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office NEW DELHI, on 21/04/2015 to the Canada Visa Application Centre and is ready for collection. To know more, please call VAC helpline number or visit VAC website

If it is mentioned as ready for collection then it is already reached VFS bangalore.
