Done Medicals on 30 Mar
Sent RPRF, Passport copies and PCC on the same day, received by VO on 6 Apr
3rd line updated on 7 APR

Applied for PP renewal on 7 APR and got new Passport on 14 APR (Validity of the old PP was till Jan 2016, renewed early - will it be problem, as PCC has old passport number - and renewed just after medicals and third line update)

When should I inform VO about the renewal of Passport. ( Should I inform now, or when I get PPR, at the time of submitting passport for stamping)

What is the correct procedure.

Should I inform by CSE or send PP copies by courier to VO or both

Thanks a lot

hello everyone,
I have taken ECA for my masters only is it fine or I have to get ECA for Bachelors as well? all those who are claiming points for masters degree please do comment.

Thank you!
you can evaluate only your highest degree. But you can include your B.Sc too as it does not cost you any extra money for the evaluation of both

Dear Friends,

I have received AOR email in the previous week and thus have come to know that my application has been assigned to Warsaw VO. According to the email I should let them know at the earliest possible if there is any update in my personal information.

I got married on 4 March, 2015 and going to get my marriage registered next week, on 21 April, 2015. After that I will raise an CSE to Warsaw VO about the changed marital status.

I would like to ask the seniors for guidance as I want to be clear about the information and the supporting documents I am supposed to provide while raising the CSE.
---------------------------------------------------
Your help would be highly appreciated.

Best Regards
Parminder

Hi Parminder,

Go through this post once by a Senior 'Ananjay' who was in same situation as you....THis should guide u....

Rembr this is for NDVO so strongly suggest u to raise a CSE with Warsaw first just telling that you got married and waiting for their response to see what forms they require..Don't send anything upfront...

Hello All,

Meds Received: 4 April 2015
rest of the timeline on the left.

May be I am asking the question which has been discussed multiple times here.

I understand that the security clearance will get initiated with the Meds Recieved.

What does this mean, Back Ground checks for the studies and all the companies that I worked for will be done (or) are they already completed.

Please share your opinions.

Raj

Hi Rajaka,

Security Check is different from Background Check which is again different from Criminality Check.:)...Check here the post by 'adisu01' about details on Security Check->

Hello Friends,

I have a situation wherein I sent medicals, PCC and RPRF to NDVO on 24th March (Received on 25th March). I checked with emedical facilities and they did update the medicals on time. Its 24th day today :o and I am still awaiting 3rd line update i.e. medicals are received on ECAS.

I checked with doctor and he said all results are fine, so I don't know whats taking so long to update medical results.

I imagine that I was in a group(atleast I know 3 other ppl) whom did not receive IMM1017 via separate email though had received medical request letter from CIC via email on 14th March 2015. We waited for more than 48 hours after medical request email and in absence of IMM1017 we just went ahead with medicals.

I imagine is this causing the delay to update the medical results!! I am planning to raise GCMS notes to get to root cause.
Friends, if you have any other point of view please let me know.

Regards,
AK

Hi Tough Guy (lolz how tough r u :D)

You should have waited for IME017 form bcos this gives the IME Number...And in any case, they told u in the 1st mail to send a reply in case u didn't receive it in 48 hours... :(

I imagine when u went for Medicals, the Doctor treated ur case as Upfront Medical and gave u a UMI No....Now the VO's office has to link ur results uploaded with ur IME No...U just increased the workload of the VO....Understandably there's a delay now in 3rd line update..

Just contact Forum-senior 'Diplomatru' once he can guide u best in this situation...

Congrats to all of you...Best wishes +1 :)

Send New Passport copies with a cover letter informing VO of your new passport.

CSE is really optional but sending Passport copies to VO is mandate

I can not tell you exact answer but can share my case. I also sent Nepalese PCC and Foreign PCC (both) at the time of application in October. When I get MR they only ask to send me bio page of passport in addition. No Fresh PCC is asked in my case. So in my opinion as you already sent your and your wife's PCC, they will not ask for another one. Good Luck ..

Hi sujan197,

Thanks for your reply. What is meant by bio page of passport? Did you send copies of all pages or what? Did you notarize them from notary public or not? Let's see what MR email demands in my case. :)

It's better to send notarised hard copies to VO. However, CSE is a specific case enquiry where you will attach soft copies of your passport but VO might ask for notarised copies and they will respond after 30 days. Therefore, delaying your case.....
