[size=10pt]Hi Forumites,

I got high BP in Medical test today. It came out 140/70 both times. Is it a reason to worry?

Should be fine

Hi,

In my case I got it done through non e-medical and the only doc they provided was the Payment Receipt. I asked if they shall provide some more docs which I am supposed to send to NDVO...but they refused........

Now I am worried :'( :'(
Ratan,
They are supposed to give you medical confirmation form with stamp on it. I too had received payment receipt at the starting of medical.
Seniors advise in this case.

No it's fine..Ratan did Paper-based Medicals from Senegal..Different country, different rules...:)

The Guidelines for Paper-based Medicals here->
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/medic/exam/submit.asp

state that
"Panel physicians are encouraged to give a copy of the immigration medical examination to the client, unless it would be injurious to the client's physical or mental health."

Hoever it's not mandatory and the PP doesn't have to necessarily follow it...What matters is how quickly the PP over there submits all the Original records to the VO over here....

Hi Forumites,

I need to send Medical receipt, PP Bio-pages and RPRF receipt to Canada High Commission, New Delhi. Is there any particular envelope size we need to send our docs in?

Any other thing to be taken care of? Do we need to send any photographs?

Virdi,
Try to send in A4 or regular size. Do not fold or staple the documents. Just put a simple clip to keep them together.
No Photographs until asked

Friends,

I got MR last week and completed meds this week.

I am reading in the forum that we need to submit Original Medical fee receipt. Mine is e-medical hospital and when i asked, they said its enough to send photocopies of the fee receipts. so, i have sent only photocopies of Medical fee receipts and information sheet given by hospital.

Do i necessarily send original medical receipts of my medical exam? Please suggest me.

thnx

Since ur Medicals were done in an E-Medical Center (where the Hospital directly uploaded your reports), it's fine that u send photocopies of receipts..No need to send originals...

In fact if your VO is NDVO, you will get ur 3rd line update in a week even without sending Receipts (like I did).....Keep an eye on Ecas...

If you notice the Letter sent by the VO it's mentioned- "Complete or provide proof of medical completed"...So even sending receipts is optional for E-Medical Center but always advisable to do so..:)

Yes theoretically...We have seen ppl get DM faster in Feb/March if they submitted PCC with application...The reason seems obvious, if they have ur PCC on file they can initiate ur Criminality Checks simultaneously while they are waiting for ur MR results...However this doesn't seem to have been the case for all so can't predict...Good luck buddy hope u get it sooner..:)

Thanks brother :)

Dear Friends,

Need a urgent help from my fellow folks... :-X

I have received a PCC request from NDVO office today. I have one question, it will be great if any one can help me out with it.

Q) My application was received by CIC Canada on 1stAugust2014 and i received my PCC certificate on 11thAugust2014 (for Canadian immigration) from the concerned authorities. My questions is can i submit the same certificate (as its 8 months old) to immigration office or will i have to get a new one.

regards,
singh
