I have one query please advise on that:

My process get started on 23rd Jan 2015 and received Med on 6th Feb 2015 but we have blessed with baby in between now we completed the medicals along with our new born baby on 28th Feb and sent the RPRF FEES AND ALL THE MEDICALS and baby addition fees on 18th March 2015 but till today our third line is not updated??? Is this because of Addition of baby as we did not get any response from Embassy or Hospital regarding any medical concerns.How long do you think NDVO will take to add baby and update the third line?

I do not think that there is any delay because of Baby. Have you submitted Form IMM1017 for the baby to the hospital while medicals. If yes....there os no issue. The delay may be because of your criminality check....

i had my collar bone fractured 5 years ago and that showed up during the xray test during my medicals. The examiner said my case will be further assessed and i would possibly be called again for more assessments.

Does this makes me medically unfit to migrate to canada? Rest of the tests were all fine.
Need input from seniors..pls.

You can raise CSE on the following link:

It will take 30 - 40 days to get response....Another option is to raise GCMS notes....it will also take similar time to get the response and you need someone in Canada to raise it for you. The fee is CAD 5 if raised from Canada. there are other agencies but their charges are high.....

Hi there

You need not necessarily prove that u still hve 15k u showed in application. In fact that cud create suspicion that u hve no movement in balance since then.

So I would recommend you should add may be 1 or 1.5k in couple of transaction of odd amounts (may be few cash deposits or withdrawals), so u still will be above their threshold.

Dose it actually requests my bank statement showing all my account transaction in last 3 month ?

I am thinking may be they just needed some explanation about the "Origin" of fund in my account and May be I should write some explanation in email like its my Salary savings thorough years, etc... and they might not want any bank statement

What do you think ? Please Advise

Hello. They want to know where the funds originated in the last three months. They want to basically assess that the funds shown as credit are truly yours. So like you mentioned show your salary slips and justify that you have been saving.

BY the grace of ALMIGHTY received my PPR today at 11 am IST....submitted PP at VFS at about 3 pm today itself a very big thank you to all who have been helpfull on this forum and a very big SORRY to DIPLOMATRU if he was getting distutrbed with my posts and messages....its just that all of us have been struggling in this PR process for months and we fall back on experts for our queries....at times it might might not be annoying for some but SORRY to everybody who got disturbed with my impatient behaviour....alls well that ends well now wait for stamped PP starts and this time i will make sure that i dont keep bugging about it

30 days will be provided for submitting Passports from the receipt of the email.

This is the exact verbiage : Your passports and photos must be received by the visa office in XXXXXXX within 30 days of the date of this letter. Failure to comply with this request could result in the refusal of your application

If you need more time, you will need to send a Case specific enquiry to Visa Office requesting for more time with a valid justification.

This may delay your processing times
