Hello friends,

Urgent help required.....

I had received the PPR mail on 31st March and I submitted my passport on 2nd April accordingly....

And surprisingly I have received the PPR mail again today i.e. on 16th April.....

How is it possible ....?

I have already submitted my passport and how can I resubmit it as it is already with the Embassy?

Please shed some light ... what should be done?

Just an hour ago i got a mail from NDVO and it has stated as:

This refers to your application for admission to Canada.

In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following:

=> Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature for yourself and provide information regarding previous visa refusals for Canada, USA, UK or Australia. If answer to any question is "yes", then provide detailed response/reasons for refusal along with copy of refusal letter. This must be provided at this office by 2015/05/16.

Similar line mentioned for my spouse to send the updated form.Actually i had forgot to mention my Canada visa rejection on 2005 and USA visa rejection on 2013 as i didn't see any column to update the portion nor my consultant suggested me anything. But, my wife has never applied to any country but it is mentioned that she also need to fill the updated form. Does, any body has similar request from NDVO? any body who has mentioned about their previous refusal in the form has received passport request or DM?

One more thing, during my rejection, i do not have any printed letter mentioning my case of rejection as these country didn't provided me. So please suggest what i need to mention in the remarks of the form when i tick for "YES" . Please reply

Hello Friends .Please Advise.

I am a FSW2014 single applicant and I have a Question Regarding a Proof of Fund.

I sent a Bank Balance of 15,000 CAD as a POF with my initial application to CIO in December 2014.(I also stated the 15,000 CAD as a settlement fund in my application forms).I have already received my PER in 7 March 2015.

Today, I received and Email from the visa office asking me to provide updated document within 60 days.They have requested to provide the Bank Statement of my account for the last 3 Month.

Currently, I have about 12,000 CAD in my account which covers the minimum required funds of 11,931 CAD requested by CIC for single applicants.

My question is:

1- Is it OK if I just send this 12,000 CAD bank statement ? or should I add extra 3,000 CAD to my account to have the balance of 15000 CAD and therefore show the visa office that I still have the same amount of money(15,000 CAD) I already shown on my initial POF ?

2- my concern is that if I add 3,000 CAD Today ,They might consider it as "Large amount of money deposited at the end of statement" and become suspicious of my fund.What is your suggestion about this;
Should I add extra 3,000 right now or should I split the 3,000 into two 1,500 and make two separate depositions with some weeks gap in between ?

3- My current bank status is : Remaining balance = 12,000 : Total debit =5,00 and Total Credit =3,000
if I add extra 3,000 it shall be like Remaining Balance = 15,000 : Total debit =5,00 : Total Credit =6,000
Would It be OK If I have this credit and balance ratio ?

Which Scenario you do you suggest?

Hi there

You need not necessarily prove that u still hve 15k u showed in application. In fact that cud create suspicion that u hve no movement in balance since then.

So I would recommend you should add may be 1 or 1.5k in couple of transaction of odd amounts (may be few cash deposits or withdrawals), so u still will be above their threshold.

Well I just have a query for my understanding... If somebody has physical disability, how much it affects medical. Like polio in 1 leg, although person can walk properly, can drive but there is a limping. will it be totally negative case. One of my friend has the same case who is going for medical next week and is really worried on this. Pls help.. thanks..

No,polio doesnt affect in passing immigration medical exam as long as there is no barrier to perform activities of daily living and not under medical treatment and care.

CIC concerns on following three things only,
communicable disease
disease that may threat to public and
health condition that is expected to cause excessive demand on thei health and social services.

Whether ur 3rd line updated & wen?????

Send 5669 form for u, giving available details of ur previous refusals.. As it is canada refusal, so they r particular on that.
Also send ur spouse's 5669. In covering letter mention refusal letters not available & spouse never applied to other country & the info u given r genuine..
Also, ask apology for not providing b4.

Already given my suggestion above.

How they found u got refusal b4 in CA & USA.

In general, many got refusal b4 with other countries & w/o disclosed got CA visa I think..

But CA & USA previous refusals VO itself finding it, even not disclosed...
