There is mentioned for PCC, from each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate from India. That means where ever i stayed in india more than six months from there i have to take the PCC?

At the 1st POE. You need to provide everything for the formalities including the required minimum amount of funds that you have declared during the application. They may or may not ask you for it. But highly recommended that you bring it along.. Even if you plan to return shortly.

No not from each state of India.. but PCC from any one place from India is fine.. !!
CIC meant "State" - to a country not not province for taking PCC..
