If additional documents are required, you will be provided an address to forward required documents. This looks like the PER (Positive Eligibility Review), it means the file was accepted initially and will now be transferred to a specific visa office to be processed. Your friend should soon receive an e-mail from the visa office to which his/her file was transferred (AOR- acknowledgement of receipt). The AOR e-mail will not require anything from the applican't part.

The applicant should receive further e-mails in the future requesting documents, fees, or medical examination, based on the file itself and what he/she provided in the first place.

Such e-mails might take up to 3-4 months from PER; but I'm assuming the applications are being processed faster now, so maybe less.

Seems NDVO sends PPR in batches i.e. almost all the candidates got PPR on 31-03-2015 hence another set of PPR will come soon wherein another set of user will receive PPR.

I believe the one's who got their PPR on 01-04-2015 they went through the consultant hence a delay of one day on their PPR

Thanks mona.awwad for your feedback. Any idea how much time it will take for the AOR to arrive? I guess by the end of this year my friend would get the visa (if everything goes smooth).
