Hi Guys,

Need a guidance as i am totally confused and kinda tensed.

I have received my third line update and was waiting for a Full License History Search document from Australia before i planned to submit my PCC and RPRF.

I spoke to one of the customer representatives in VicRoads and they have informed me that my file is under processing and will be ready in a few days. She was however not sure whether they would e-mail me or send me a snail mail with the document.

One of the forum members who was also in the same situation told me that they send a hard copy of the same to the address provided and will take 2 -3 weeks for delivery .

My timeline given by NDVO expires on April 13th 2015,

So i have written a letter to NDVO stating that i have applied for the full license history search and am waiting for the response, and once i receive the response will forward it to NDVO.

I asked my consultant to send Our Indian PCC's, my Australian PCC, Medical Receipts, Letter ( Full License History Search) and RPRF today itself by courier.

Will this in anyway have an adverse impact on my application now, as i am yet to send the Full License History Search.

No friend.
All it will result in is some delay in you file pocessing due to the missing Aus PCC.
NDVO will give you the extension you need for the PCC.

As you have a consultant, do you also have an authroised respresentative? If yes, do ask him to also intimate NDVO via an email about this development.

Yes mate, I've applied from Iran, don't know why my application got settled this fast and no, I didn't received a second update request.

I have my Australian PCC what i am still to receive is a Full license history search document from Melbourne Roads stating that i did not hold any licenses in Melbourne for the period of my stay there.

My consultant told me to write a letter and they will send it across to NDVO with the remaining document.

So i hope it will only a delay the processing by a few days and not anything else.

That's a generic email. For FSW2014 processing target is 12 months.

Yes mate, I've applied from Iran, don't know why my application got settled this fast and no, I didn't received a second update request.

your app date is Aug 28 and mine is Sep 2 which can be good news for me too!

It looks like a genereic mail that the Tel Aviv VO send to every one.....Given the nature and speed of processing these days, I don't think you'll have to wait till 12 months as EE is also putting -pressure on VO's to process the apps faster.....

BUT at the same time, noo one really knows how VO's work, there is no sorting or logic behind any of their actions and doings.....

SO BUDDY...... JUST HOPE FOR THE BEST AND CHUCK THE REST.....

Second what new forms LVO will be ask about employment change.

Hi psicolala,

- It would make more sense to pick you bridging certification in Canada to pursue work in your field.

- It's human to err and Visa Office do not take the correction you ask for later against you. Fill the specific application form again, sign and scan and share it throught a CSE to you Visa office. Share that you had a lapse of judgement in understanding how the form was to be filled and now have shared the corrected one.

- Per me, you Internship does not require a mention, it's not a fulltime Job. HEnce you mentioning masters should suffice.

Hi Seniors, our 3rd line is updated on 30 Jan 2015.

NDVO called us and asked for some additional documents which we have couriered on 20 March 2015.

When can we expect the DM/PPR?

Guys,

It's really sad that the CHC doesn't entertain any email / or in person enquiries on the status of passports. It is your travel document for heaven's sake, and one may require it urgently for some other purpose too. How can they keep it with themselves and not even give an indication on when they would return it. I have written to Delhi Immigration on their various email IDs and have not received any kind of response from them. I even visited the CHC premises, only to be warded off by the security at the gate telling us that only immigration interviewees are allowed inside the premises. Basically there is no way to reach them :|

There has to be some way to contact and understand Expected Timelines.
