NDVO has been very unpredictable.. I wish there could be some sort of weather forecast available for them telling us that when will the next shower of DM/PPRs will come...

As per the previous trends I was expecting the Process to be completed real soon but looking at the current scenario it seems to be never ending wait...

I know we all are sailing in the same boat but would still appreciate if you share your predcitions regarding when can I expect the the process to be completed...to enable me plan future actions like looking out for a job or asking my manager to transfer me to Canada..

Hi Friend,

This seems like a case of misunderstanding on the VO's end....and some fault lies with the Letter u wrote...

Do not panic, start collecting proof of what you can show..

Draft a cover letter explaining (very very politely) tht Probationary Officer is ur Actual Designation...Also explain that a PO in an Indian Govt. Bank joins as Scale 1 officer and during the 2 years of Probation, he may be allotted to any department and allotted a wide range of tasks. Which in ur case was primarily Supervision of Bank Clerks. So the Designation is PO, the job duties assigned to u was Bank Clerk Supervision which involved (insert details here). VO seems to have become confused primarily bcos of ur reference letter wording...

Now attach all possible Official Docs that you can obtain.....

a. The person who signed the Original Reference Letter- Try to obtain a revised Reference Letter that mentions the same thing as the Cover Letter that I mentioned above and giving that person's contact information (possibly on Official Letterhead)

b. If possible, try to obtain a 2nd reference letter from one of the Clerks that you supervised, also stating ur duties as above and giving his contact info..

b. Is there any Advertisement that mentions some details of Job profile of PO in Allahabad bank? Like there is one such advertisement for SBI PO where there is a section called 'Career Path' mentioned->

If it exists, attach to ur application

c. Any Job Description mentioned in ur Offer Letter, or on Bank Intranet system- that'd also help

d. Any work emails that give an idea about ur day-to-day duties...

ROFL mate for your weather comment, to be very honest each case is different. We have ppl got DM in 15-20 days after medicals and look at my case and few others we have been waiting from more than 4 months. However based on forum states DM should come between 30-90 days from TLU.

Keep your fingers crossed and hope for the best buddy

Is the Express Entry applicants processed only at CIC or there file is also transferred to VO's same like FSW process.

Just asking this out of curiosity as CIC have already started issuing PR's to Express Entry Applicants and the normal FSW applicants like me are still struggling and waiting for the next stage processing. Hope they are not focusing on filling the immigration requirements of country with Express Entry applicants and neglecting us.

Also, if the EE files are also processed at VO's, this means they have put our applications aside and focusing on EE cases.

Its been 120 Days passed since PER and no update so far on application except the Photo request from LVO and the standard reply on the CSE raised 2 weeks back.
