Hi Forumites,

I got high BP in Medical test today. It came out 140/70 both times. Is it a reason to worry?

No, You do not have to worry about it.

I had a collarbone fracture 5 year ago and it somehow became a point of concern for the examiner during the chest xray in my medicals..!
is it something that could result in becoming medically unfit to migrate ??

Please, seniors...share your input.
Thanks.

Hi Friend,

This seems like a case of misunderstanding on the VO's end....and some fault lies with the Letter u wrote...

Do not panic, start collecting proof of what you can show..

Draft a cover letter explaining (very very politely) tht Probationary Officer is ur Actual Designation...Also explain that a PO in an Indian Govt. Bank joins as Scale 1 officer and during the 2 years of Probation, he may be allotted to any department and allotted a wide range of tasks. Which in ur case was primarily Supervision of Bank Clerks. So the Designation is PO, the job duties assigned to u was Bank Clerk Supervision which involved (insert details here). VO seems to have become confused primarily bcos of ur reference letter wording...

Now attach all possible Official Docs that you can obtain.....

a. The person who signed the Original Reference Letter- Try to obtain a revised Reference Letter that mentions the same thing as the Cover Letter that I mentioned above and giving that person's contact information (possibly on Official Letterhead)

b. If possible, try to obtain a 2nd reference letter from one of the Clerks that you supervised, also stating ur duties as above and giving his contact info..

b. Is there any Advertisement that mentions some details of Job profile of PO in Allahabad bank? Like there is one such advertisement for SBI PO where there is a section called 'Career Path' mentioned->

https://www.sbi.co.in/portal/documents/44978/7348676/SBIPO-2015-Full+English+Advertisement.pdf/fa1e559b-0504-4df6-9d11-534790f1dd95

If it exists, attach to ur application

c. Any Job Description mentioned in ur Offer Letter, or on Bank Intranet system- that'd also help

d. Any work emails that give an idea about ur day-to-day duties...

Seniors can chime in with additional details as they feel....Remember the more documents u provide, the stronger ur case becomes....Good luck and Wish u the best!!

This looks complete. Just to strengthen your case, You can show your Bank statements highlighting your salary deposits in your account every month from bank.

Also additionally form 16's can also serve as a proof of your experience in the bank.

I don't think so....above 140/90 would have been a concern...

Did the Panel Physician ask u to take furtherance tests like ECG, 2D Echo, Serum Creatinine, etc due to high BP??....

No, he didnt.

If physicians have a concern, they would ask you to undertake additional tests.

Chest X-Ray, they mostly look for TB but i guess that surgery should not affect your immigration. Since you are fit now with no adverse affects. You should be good

There is no -ve response/ +ve response...There is no response to CSE from NDVO asking for status update... :)..In fact once u raise CSE u will get an auto-reply saying they will not respond to queries asking for status if the File is within Normal processing timelines (which for NDVO is 24 months see here->
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm/skilled-fed.asp

So raise a CSE if u wish but do not expect to get a reply..I'd advise applying for GCMS Notes instead..

5000 rupees :o..ur Consultant is looting u...Yes he is talking abt GCMS Notes...it costs CAD 5 in case u have a relative in Canada and CAD 25-30 in case u don't have a relative in Canada and want to apply through a 3rd party website...

For details on GCMS see here->

Great Work my friend. You are just awesome 8) :)

"In order to continue processing your application, we require the additional documents listed below. Please send clear legible photocopies rather than the original documents unless otherwise specified. If the documents are not written in either English or French, please enclose a certified translation with a photocopy of the original document.

-Payment of the Right of Permanent Residence Fee
-Medical results (you will receive a separate email with instructions)
-Please complete and return the attached Updated Information Chart
-Updated copies of the passport biopage for yourself and each family member"

--------------
person at the e-clinic said that my medicals will be uploaded/ shared with CIC directly. So, it means i dont have to sent anything with CIC except the other three ?

I have done the medicals. Can anyone just verify the documents we need to send??

1. Medical Receipt from Hospital
2. Photocopy of IMM1017, given by Hospital
3. Medical Request Letter received from NDVO.
4. Passport Bio-Pages
5. RPRF Receipt, paid online

Do we have send print outs of Medical emails received from NDVO as well??

Anything else apart from this, I have not been asked for any document except PP Bio-pages...

Kindly reply...

No, he didnt.

It will be fine...Although the Final Decision will be taken by CIC after assessing the medical results uploaded, I'd say ur through...wait for 3rd line update :)

In fact, I know of an applicant this year, who had extra-high BP, and the PP conducted the above furtherance tests I mentioned, and it was all-normal and he has now got his Visa as well....So it'd be fine either ways....Cheers!!
