hi..i am a december applicant from India. My file was transfered to Columbo visa office. I got AOR on 9th april. i have few questions..can anyboby please clarify my queries...
1) after sending my application a got a new job in UK and now iam in UK..So how i can inform columbo visa office about my change in job and what may be the documents should i submit for this?

2) and whether i need to obtain PCC from UK...I landed here in february 2015 only..

3) my wife IS in Bahrain and my child is in India..so what about the medicals...can we done it in different countries or whether we need to do it together and send it together???is there any problem in doing it from the countries we are staying now ??

Go to CIC website and there should be email address for Columbo and send them copy of passport stamp and copy of employment letter. You will only need UK PCC if you have been there 6 months or longer so no worries in that respect. IF you check CIC website it shows were physicians are in each country and so it possible to get medicals in various parts of the world.

Same here mate. May 30 applicant and completed medical on November 15 with additional reports submitted on 2nd December. waiting since then.

Could you please throw some light on proof of funds. How much did u carry and what proof did u show for the rest?
I would specifically like to know if an FD from Indian is sufficient as a proof?

I was carrying 12000CAD with me, I am not aware of FD from India since I am from Croatia. Try at local VO groups for India, they might know.

Guys,

In our country for children below 5 years old passports are with 1 year validity. I got request to provide copy of all passport pages. Even if we will make a new passport now at time when we will travel (probably spring 2016) we will need to make new passport for our small baby again as it will be less than 6 month remaining validity.

Is it possible to travel with 2 passports for small child, one with holes (copy of which I will send now) and another fresh passport?

Why you think it will have hole. Also travel using old passport having visa is allowed..
For more information it is advisable to check with your local visa office and passport authorities
