I got medical request on 16 sept and completed on 21 sept..

and TLU on 14 oct

Its almost one month going to cross for PPR..

Can u tell me what is the trend of getting PPR after TLU or medical done.

I am worried alot.. pl help

I wouldn't exactly say over 1 month...
When did you send the renewed passport bio pages ?. 3 or 4 days back ?

So don't be worried, soon you will have your PPR.

Hope this alleys your anxiety.

Actually applicants are so scared in sending CSE as if it will be a crime and Visa Office will take strict action against them.

I wanted to remove this fear, but opposite is true that if Visa Office will commit mistake the price will be ultimately paid by the applicant.

Therefore, do not shy in sending occasionally sending the precise and specific short CSE to get updated status of your application.

And every quarterly ask for GCMS notes, to see the detailed report about your application.

I have appointment booked for PCC on 23rd Oct.

For My wife i Got PVC.

PVC u can get from your local police station. Application has to filled at the Designated place, inquire in Commissioner office. From there they will forward it to your Area Police station, you should get it within 3-4 days. I got my wifes within 3 days.

It should not change our application process. But new applicants would not have to wait like us. Also, the new govt is bringing "Welcome Canada Pass" which is a five-year multiple entry visitor’s visa, would be created for individuals sponsored by Canadian citizens and Permanent residents.

I need to enter Canada before 25th May. My wife is expecting and her due date is in April.

I was planning to visit in Feb so that we apply for the PR card. I need few clarifications:

1. Is it allowed by Canada for pregnant ladies with pregnancy more than 28 weeks? Is there any policy related to that?

2. What is the process of getting the PR/visa for the new born if its born out of canada?

Please guide.

The airlines put restriction on travel during pregnancy. Please check with airline. I think travel is not allowed beyond six months pregnancy.
Further , in many provinces the health facility is not available on arrival. For example ,one has to wait for 3 months before being registered in Ontario.Please check on health facility of province where you want to live.
The sponsoring time for a new born shall be long and on landing the baby will get PR but in case of delivery in Canada ,the baby will be Canadian citizen by birth.
