In how many days from landing people are getting PR cards

I have received a reminder email that i have not submitted police certificate from UK despite the fact that i have lived in Kenya and only traveled once to Hong Kong for 2 weeks.
I have 60 days to submit yet their initial mail had stated that i only needed to send UK police certificate if i had stayed 6 months or longer outside my country. Anyone who has been in such situation and what did you do?

I have written them an email explaining my status and requested them to reconfirm from my passport which is now in they possession and got an automatic response that i would get feedback in 28 working days

Dear all,

Want to share with all that we had our ECAS update as Decision Made on Saturday, 1st August 2015. Yet to receive PPR though.

Our details are on the right. Key points.

1. No agent. cic website as bible
2. Points based on our calculation was on the brink, 67.
3. Preparatory activities in June 2014 end.
4. Getting "Maiden Name" PCC was a challenge
5. Also some furtherance tests & queries after medical
6. At RPRF time, vo asked for 18 years onwards Personal History
7. Planning short landing in Oct, Toronto for now...and move in April 2016

One of my friends came to know that his consultant is unauthorized and SGVO has sought to inquire his case. Now what can he do to rectify his situation? Will this result into rejection? Need opinion.

Seniors PLEASE HELP PLEASE REPLY

My situation is getting worst.

I got ppr n half of the time is over for submission bcos of my consultant
I asked my consultant to send an email to NDVO for visa stamping in NZ for my spouse. Unfortunately he only sent to WVO n they responsed saying all passport should be submitted to delhi office.
Now 16 days gone..my spouse is not getting leaves n also can't courier his passport.

-Is it good to send email to NDVO now n wait for their reply
-Or can i go to ndvo personally n request for submission for my spouse from NZ. Will they entertain my request?
-Going to ndvo would have any impact on my application
-Is it necessary to have all passports submitted. Can i submit my n my sons passport for stamping in ndvo

Since yours is one application you have to submit all passports at one place- NDVO or NZ.You cannot split passport submission.Extension of time for psssports is rarely given,

Thanks. When ppr comes, Do i need to send both old and new passport ?

I dont think so. But send them a xerox of old passport and expain in a letter ur situation.. why u got a new passport

also, can someone please advice how much should be the break up for 15000 CAD (2 person):

Cash - how much
In bank account - how much
Travellers cheque - needed or not?

also is it wisable to get the account opened in Scotiabank or any other canadian bank from india, if yes, what is the procedure please...

It is all depend upon you whether to convert now or post flight bookd

Secondly u must carry the eligible amount as POF it is also upto u part cash, part in the form of banker cheq or traveller cheque.

Hello Guys

I need an advice
My application was submitted on 20th june 2014
I got my file number on 8th october 2014
I got MR on 29th december 2014
I submitted my medicals on 29th january 2015
ON 15th FEBRUARY I GOT MARRIED
I Got passport request on 3rd march
I send my updated application status of married with all necessary documents like marriage certificate,educational qualification etc on 22nd march
I send my passport on 28th march 2015

I got visa stamped on 14th april-2015

Than I got telephone message from delhi high commission that my visa is cancelled I should resend my passport to delhi high commission .Because of marriage my wife name should also be added. I told them that I have already send my wife application but they said they got it later So the visa need to be cancelled and they will re-stamped it.

I send my passport back to delhi high commission .
I got medical request of my wife on 28th may-2015
but now its more than 3 month I have not get any updates from embassy also my file status shows In process status
Plzz help me what should I do as I have applied under 2173 and it is already filled what will be my status?
