I Am happy to update that I got decision made status updated on my ecas today only.

Timelines updated on the left. I am still to get PPR email, hope all is positive.

wishing everyone awaiting for MRs, DM and PPR a speedy process.. !!

Is studying allowed for FSW PR??

Guys!

In a recent update, after the 3rd line appeared "Medical results received" in eCas last week, and while waiting for the Passport Request, surprisingly 4th line "Decision Made" also appeared yesterday :-X

I hope there is nothing to worry in this, but reaching at this stage it really brings the goose bumps. There are few other fellow mates like ptyagi and VRAA who's eCas status also updated to DM while waiting for PPR.

I guess this seems to be a new trend in eCas, in which status is updated to DM (4th line) before the issuance of PPR.

Guys please share your thoughts, and wish you all the best!

In fact that is the classic sequence. Passport requests should be sent after the decision has been made. I think the vice versa occurs because the ecas is updated in centralized way maybe by sys admin and on certain days only, while passport requests can be sent anytime by visa officers from different offices.

I second you, as you said it make sense to request for passport once the final decision has taken by the visa or case processing officer. Later the same will be will communicated to visa departments for the passport stamping.

Hello Friends,

The medical results were received by June 2nd by CIC in my case. I have still not received the Passport request so far. Can someone advise if there is any reason for it. How much more time it would take.
