Hi All,

I received an email from BWJ yesterday asking for additional documents.

-Contract of employment, job offer letter, payslips and bank statement showing corresponding salary deposits
-Explanation as to how you became a digital trafficker including education/courses taken
-Updated original police certificate(s) for you and your spouse from India
-Updated original police certificate(s) for you and your spouse from the United Arab Emirates

I have a question on the second point. What should I mention in the explanation letter? I received all training in-house but have no certificate which proves that i attended those trainings.

As I gained experience I became superior in this field and started working as Digital Trafficker.

Any suggestion?

BWJ was my VO too. I think (s)he will understand as long as you portray a full and honest picture through a story, i.e. start from the point where you weren't a DT, then mention events which led to you to move towards DT and then what events played a part in your career up until now, also provide examples of recent work you've undertaken. If possible, get a letter from someone who provided you training or get a letter from your employer that they trained you to become what you've become, and mention that you've attached that letter as an additional evidence.

If your story is real and convincing (i.e. something that naturally does / can happen in one's career) then it will, in addition to your employment contracts and payslips should do the job.

I Have a few questions regarding the landing process and PR card.

I plan on travelling in October as I have to sit my licensing exam Nov 6 ( next one in may 2016) in Canada, but I need to fly back home by 15 dec as I have some previous commitments. On the official website it says it roughly takes 84 days for issuing new PR cards.

Does anyone know any other alternatives to this issue ? I read if I have a friend there they can send it back to me via courier ... but are there any other options ?

I submitted my passport on 1st June 2015 at vfs new Delhi which shows
Status still in process. I send email to ndvo on 2nd July then on 10 July submitted handwritten letter regarding passport status at vfs .but no reply.



Plzzzz guide. Shall I call ndvo or send another email.

Urgent attention

Just wanted to know expert views.
Received ppr and warsaw has asked to submit passports ro NDVO. I asked my consultant to raise CSE to warsaw to request them to give permission to submit passport to ADVO. Within 6 hrs they replied that i have only option to submit to NDVO (isn't it very quick to receive a response)
Also next day morning i went to submit the passport to ADVO directly. And after a wait of 40-45 mins they finally accepted the passport and give us a courier receipt.
My question is, is it possible that the they will not stamp the passports after accepting them as warsaw has sent a negative message? Or they have accepted the passport and they have to stamp it?

Hi All,

We were blessed with a baby in April (we informed NDVO from the start of pregnancy other relevant details in this regard).
Hence in April NDVO sent an email to add child in our application, therefore we sent Child MR, CAD150, Updated Forms and Proof of Fund, which was received at NDVO on 13th May 2015

Can anyone share timelines, that is how much time do the CIC / NDVO take to process the case after receiving the completed documents

Following are my timelines:-

ECAS 1st Line Updated Application Received - 18th July 2014
CC Charged - 4th Nov 2014
PER - 13th Nov 2014
ECAS 2nd Line Updated NDVO Started Processing on 24th Dec 2014
MR / RPRF / PCC Requested - 9th Jan 2015
ECAS 3rd Line Updated (Medicals Received) - 30th Jan 2015
Mail from NDVO for Baby's Addition to Application - 25th April 2015
Documents Sent (Child MR, CAD150, Updated Forms and Proof of Fund) & Received at NDVO - 13th May 2015
