Hi Guys,
Thanks to Allah Almighty. I received my passports stamped with COPR finally. Thanks to Canada-Riyadh,KSA Embassy for helping me out as I had no hopes on NDVO. Since I was not in a stage of going back to India for stamping as I joined a new Job here. One of my friend suggested to email Riyadh Canada Embassy and finally they replied for submission and stamping period took only 7 working days. Amazing!!!

I have couple of questions. Guys who landed or those who have idea on this please reply:-
1.) My visa entry is One and my plan is to visit Canada this September for 1 month and come back, Can I do that?

Yes perfectly fine (I'm assuming ur Visa validity is beyond September )

2.) I want to Immigrate permanently next year June 2016 as I have to complete my contract with the new company. For next visit I hope this visa will not be valid?? When can I get my PR or Green cards and how?

Yes this Visa won't be valid..It's a single-entry visa..so when u land, automatically the PR Card processing starts for you...At the airport itself, you would be asked for a Canadian address for ur PR Card (you can give the address of a friend/ relative)..They can receive the card and forward to you and u can use it to re-enter the country...alternatively, if u don't have PR card, you can apply for a PR Travel Document to enter next time..Info on PRTD here->

The language is very confusing....You should assume on the safe side, that Health Coverage starts only on the first day of the third calendar month after arriving in Canada .This is what is mentioned here->

"Saskatchewan Health covers health services for certain special classes of newcomers from outside Canada who move to Saskatchewan on or before the first day of the third calendar month after arriving in Canada. If you are among the groups identified below, you may be eligible for benefits from the day you move to Saskatchewan.

permanent residents (landed immigrants)"

But to even apply for the Health Card you have to prove residency in the province there->

So, make arrangements to get covered for the first three months....

For private providers, you can check Travelance or Blue Cross...This is purely based on forumites' suggestions, I don't have details regarding policies...suggest you check their websites...

It starts from 1st day of landing, only Ontario, British Columbia, and Quebec have 3 month wait period. Best option to provide proof of residence is lease agreement. Any of ur relative/friend who owns his place can help u with that.

Congrats for the baby...Follow these steps to pay the fees->

Go to https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/disclaimer.do
Accept terms & on the next page click on "Immigration". <<In family class>>
Put 1 against "Family member of the principal applicant who is under 19 years of age, unmarried and not in a common-law relationship OR is 19 years of age or older who has been unable to be financially self-supporting since before the age of 19 due to a physical or mental condition" and proceed for payment.

Other forumites have done this and got PPR as well

I think after stamping of VISA, I can use the funds anywhere. They are not gona ask for funds then though I have to manage the funds again while landing. Please suggest.

I think u r talking abt transit thru Heathrow/Other European airports. No you DONT NEED, any transit visa, if the connection is less than 8/10 hrs and u don't plan to go outside the airport. But to be on safe side, check intended country's policy.

I am confused on filling up IMM 5669E. the doubt is in month. consider the following scenarios.

• From 1st January 2014 to 30th March 2014 I worked in company A. then I moved to company B.
• From 1st April 2014 to 15th May 2014. I worked in company B. then i moved to company C.
• From 15th May 2014 to 30th June 2014 I worked in company C .
• From 1st July 2014 to 31th July 2014 I remained Unemployed.
• From 1st August 2014 to 31th August I worked in company D.
• From 1st september 2014 to present (july 2015) I worked in company E.

so what should I fill up in the table?

I am called for medical and to submit IMM5669 for me and my spouse. but I submitted IMM5669E (schedule background declaration) once when i applied in the last year. I am confused whether I submitted the information incorrectly.

It is stayed that if the given space in the form is not sufficient enough i can use additional paper. so that i filled up all the boxes in the IMM5669 with the line 'Enclosed in additional page' and with Microsoft word in a blank paper I wrote IMM 5669E – Additional Page then my name then
the question number, made a table with the exact column names and filled up my information there. Is it ok?

Hi i have the sane situation, i already did my medicals and got it updated on ecas..

Was wondering the same why they asked.me.to resumbit IMM5669E form.. i think it's because there were gaps in time... So i will have to resumbit it and there is no space, so i will attach an additional paper with a table similar to theirs and fill it out...

Also write your file.number on the additional paper
