re entry with work permit

Hi guys,

big question:

I'm waiting for my work permit ( submitted feb 6 with the positive LMO).

I was planning to go in Italy ,my country, in April for a holiday, but I want to make sure that I can go out and the re entry without problem.

Anyone can help me?

In my own experience you must have a valid work permit before going home, and a supporting letter from your employer,which is stated there that you're working with them and going back in a specific date. I hope it would help

so do you think that when I will have my work permit I can go and back from Italy without problem?

Because in my last work visa there is a write like that : this does not authorize re-entry

aside from the requirements mentioned, if your country is not exempted from a reentry visa going back to canada, you need to secure that visa (preferable to get it in buffalo if youre in ontario)..
