Re-entry to canada on open work permit

Hello folks,

I am on open work permit and want to visit my family in India. It says on my work permit that it does not allow re-entry, so what do i need to apply or do before leaving canada so that on my way back there won't be any problems.

You need a TRV to return to Canada.

But i done in india
Applied on 4th june online
Got passport request on 9th june
In my opinion do it before leaving canada
