Re-Entering Canada by land

I have stayed in Canada for 4 months in the last 5 years. Is it possible to re-enter Canada by landing in USA and then going via car to Canada. If yes, then what problems are faced at the border control. We last stayed in Canada for 2 months six months ago.

You can but assuming you have not met your PR residency obligation then it is possible you will be reported this time around and start the process to revoke your PR status even though as PR you will be entitled to enter the country.
