Hi there,
My SO and I will be applying for CL in April. He spent 5 months and 3 weeks with me in Canada, and now we have returned back to Mexico. We were planning to stay longer (until PR was processed) but things have changed and we wish to return back to Canada. By the time we wish to return, he would have been out of the country for 2 months.. Is this enough time? He has a multiple entry visa. How and what can we do to be be prepared at the border, we do not want any problems so close to our application being submitted.
I will be extremely grateful for any personal experiences, and advice.
