Hi can someone share an experience, i have study and visitor record refusel in canada and then i left canda within 2 weeks after my refusel and it almost 4 months m in india now…my question can i re enter canada my visa valid upto January 2027..

You can try. Whether you are able to enter will partially depend on your reasons for wanting to visit, the length of your visit, how strong your ties are to India (proof of employment, proof of property ownership or rental, souse or dependent children left in your home country, etc.), your amount of savings, proof of a return ticket, etc. Nobody will be able to guarantee whether you’ll be able to enter or not.

Yes, you can re-enter as a visitor with a valid TRV. But every time you enter Canada you may get reassessed based on your current situation so just be prepared but it's a rare case, usually a couple of questions from an officer and simple as that.
