Hello All

I am reapplying for my PR( received ITA)after having got rejected the first time. I would like to know the following.
1) My medical exam was undertaken in January 2019. How long would they be valid for? Will I need to ask the doctor to send me a new copy of the test result document as I have a new application number now?

2) IELTS score expires Nov 2019. Am I all ok with this and not having to re take the test if I submit my application before that?

3) Wanted to make sure that employment letter should include
Contract length, full time/ hours worked, position, salary and job description. Anything else?
I understand there are posts on these but still double checking to avoid reoccurrence of a rejection again.

4) Lastly, anything I should include in the LOE to emphasize points Claimed for shut down companies( providing reference letters from Managers). Also, any need to write about my earlier rejection and stating that the additional document is included? Was wondering how could I use the LOE to support anything in my application.

Thankyou all again for your help . Awaiting your responses

Thanks

Valid for 1 year.

It is OK as long as you submit your new eAPR before they expire.

3) Wanted to make sure that employment letter should include
Contract length, full time/ hours worked, position, salary and job description. Anything else? Not the contract length, but the dates of employment are required.

Well, instead of random posts by strangers who often get things wrong, there are instructions provided by IRCC, see the section "Proof of work experience"

Um... since you haven´t told us why it was rejected (returned as incomplete) or refused (not eligible), not sure what we could say here..

Thanks jes_ON . Your reply was helpful especially the link you sent.

As for the IELTS test, I was concerned cause I read about some rejections as their score were a couple of days close to expiry and their application was rejected. . I am hoping to submit my application asap so as to have a month or two left before the test results expire.
