Just contact CRA when you return to Canada to live. They should tell you if you need to fill out any extra forms, such as TD1 or the provincial equivalent, etc.

Thank you Zardoz, I was really freaked out, thought I filled up the wrong application to "canclled my PR" or not qualified to return to Canada.
