You can choose any option.

But I prefer online application.

If you post exactly what was in your refusal, it would help. Did you have an SOP? What are your assets and financial situation.

I will find the photo today and post the part of refusal reasons here.
I couldnt believe the refusal when I saw it :/

Online applications go to whichever visa office can receive them. It could be anywhere in the world.

Sometimes refusal reasons are generic, but along with the reasons, you need to tell us the list of documents you provided for evidence. Did you write an SOP?

I didnt write an SOP.
I left it.
Do you have an example?
I provided these documents:
1.Invitation letter from organization there
2.Bank account
3.Family certificate
4.Booking Hotel
5.Work letter from Company Full Time...(currently working there )

5.My position in Organization over here.
6.Work letter from Company Full Time...1 year and some months (currently working there )
Days required to stay there: 3 days Total
1. What was the purpose of your visit?

2. How does your business visit tie in with your work experience + your employer's business association with the Canadian host?

3. Since how long have you been employed by your current employer?

4. Who would be paying for your trip?

5. What ties did you demonstrate to your country of residence?

You need an SOP to demonstrate why you are going there and why you will come back and not stay.

-I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stiplated in paragraph 179 (b) of the IRPR, based on your current employment situation.

1.Business Conference
2.Its self invitation....is nothing to do with my work....its with my organization over here the connection
3.Now for 2 years
4.Self pay...I have a good bank account
5.I have my family over here and my work....what can be else a strong tie?....I cant marry to get a strong tie...only that thing left :/

You need to explain why you need to travel to Canada for a business conference and not video call or something. What do you mean it's with your organization? You have to explain in detail why you will come back and why it is so important to you. Will it help in your job? An SOP has to be personal. If you look at a template they will know
