I am another silent reader of this forum. Just created an account to provide some update which this might be hopeful for other fellow applicants(specially EE-CEC INLAND).

This is my timeline


ITA: June 29
Type EE- CEC with positive LIMA
All fees are upfront
AOR: August 27
MEDICAL PASSED: September 14
Background in Progress: September 14
Background Not in progress: October 4
......
NOTHING HAPPENED IN BETWEEN
......
Asking Required Document: December 13

I have to provide them the required document before 20th December which I will for sure

Im AOR August 09, CEC / Inland, EE. Hope we receive PPR this month.

Hi everyone, I got an email from CIC asking/suggesting me to renew my passport(expiring in March 2017) and send them a scan of my new passport(no deadline stated). I had AOR on Aug. 16th. Medical passed on Sept 1st. nothing else has changed after that except for this passport renew request. Will this hold up my application process? And what does it mean? How far away am I from PPR?

A little more than 3.5 months after AOR, I received the PPR e-mail.

Brazilian applying from Brazil, with a LMIA, with a representative in Montreal.
Holidays might delay landing a bit, plans to arrive mid Feb'17. Going to Alberta.

For everyone in similar situations, things are definitely moving forward.
Keep positive thoughts and patience, as I was before today!

Continuing relationship with spouse since she is neither a Canadian nor from my country of origin.

I have everything prepared to back this up

Most of the July applicant, CEC inland / EE just now got their PPR.. Probably August AOR CEC inland/ EE will get PPR on Jan. or Feb. 2017.. :
