They sent me a request letter for the military service form. I believe they requested it because I did not indicate that it was a mandatory military service. (or was not detailed enough)Andy0047 said:

You must upload the requested information using your MyCIC account within 7 days from the date of

your form to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca.
If you are sending your information by email, please reply directly to this message and put your
application number in the title.
If we do not hear from you within 7 days, your application will be assessed on the basis of the
information currently on file and your application may be refused.

You must include a complete military history; including reserve service, volunteer service, participation in militias and/or paramilitary groups. If more space is required please attach additional pages. Please do not use abbreviations or acronyms.

- Involvement in combat operations (include name of operation, locations, roles of unit, your role, names of cooperating
units/battalions that may have participated in any joint operations if applicable, etc.).
