One of the requirements in the "Ready for Visa" mail is

If you are holder of passport(s) from countries whose citizens need a visa to travel to Canada, you will need to submit the passport for you and for each accompanying family member. Your passport(s) should be valid for at least 6 months and have at least two blank pages. If a child is included on your passport, you must have one blank page per accompanying child.

Would suggest you should call CIC and let them know about it and take their suggestion further.

Finally after calling like 10 mins and than waiting for 30 mins I got through an agent who was soooooo dumb... No clear answer and just said if you want you can submit now or mail VO or get it renewed.. i mean i know options but i wanted to know the best option..

Well so I would rather go with your option and will try to get same renewed ASAP to avoid any further delays
