Rcmp wait for over a month (Vancouver)

I took fingerprints in mid Oct, been waiting for mail till now.It is normal or Canada Post is making it difficult for me?

It shouldn't take more than 10-15 days (including Canada Post delivery timings), unless they got some criminal record hit as in that case it would take bit longer (check their processing times at https://www.rcmp-grc.gc.ca/en/processing-times-and-fees). Reach out to RCMP's CCRTIS department to check the status of your report, and how to contact that department is given in the section : Optional: Verify the status of your application, in the following link :

Thanks. I checked with the agent where I took my fingerprints, he said the application was updated 2 days after and it is probably a mailing issue. I'll send an email to confirm.
