RCMP requested- anyone did it in Vancouver?

Hello,

One month after sending my application I've received a request to upload a RCMP Criminal Record Check based on fingerprints. Did anyone do that in Vancouver? Do you recommend doing it at the Police Service or in an Accredited fingerprint company? Any other recommendations?

I did it with an Accredited fingerprint company, Canadian Corps of Commissionaires. Make sure you review the application and it states that you are doing RCMP for immigration purposes.

Did you have any problem with them? Any mistake? How long did it take to receive it? Did you receive by mail?

No problems at all.

In and out of their office within 10 mins. No need to take appointments.

It took less than 10 days. The report will be coming in mail at the address you provide.

Make sure you carry your passport and one additional piece of ID.

I applied on Jan/25 at Burnaby RCMP. Right now, still waiting for the report, did you have yours already?

Yes, this is why I wrote to you in the other thread. Mine arrived after 8 working days.
I did it at Commissionaires, it is an accreditated one.
