RCMP requested.....again??!!

So my AOR: July 22, Started Processing August 5, Request RCMP and PCC August 20, I submitted these September 22. And now, I get a new message in myCIC that I need to provide these documents. How come?? System or clerical error?

Update:
I just noticed different wordings in both letters, not sure if it makes any difference.

1st letter: ''This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order for us to continue the review of your application, we require the following documents:"

2nd letter: "We have begun processing your application for permanent residence, and in order to make a decision we require the following information/documents:"

Yup. And slots for me and spouse are under my name only...again.

Better upload again the same doc n submit.

Check twice before submission.

I just got a ghost email saying my application has been updated. I didn't even upload the documents.
