So we've received an update with medicals passed and also requests for RCMP fingerprints, but on the dependent's request it states that we should ignore the previous request for the principal applicant's fingerprints as it was sent as an error.
The problem is when we log on there's still a placeholder to upload the fingerprints of the principal applicant. Should we submit both fingerprints anyway, or just upload a letter to that placeholder stating what it says on the dependent's letter? Has anybody gone through the same thing?
