I called IRCC to check but its not updated in my profile and they told me they do have backlog in mail processing so there is a delay

Yep, Adey said 2-3 weeks after the mail out date. In your case it seems to be only about 6 days.
Give it a couple of weeks and try again.
Which number did you reach them at? And what was the wait time?

Yes, i sent them an email. They replied saying they haven’t processed yet and cannot provide the timeline when it would be completed.

My wife is June 2019 citizenship applicant ,she had FP request in Oct 2019 and was sent FP to them .She passed her Citizenship test on January 2020 and since then waiting for oath.
Last week she got FP request again ,she did her FP again a couple days back and RCMP sent it directly to CIC Vancouver. (as it is obvious, FP of Oct 2019 was expired.)
Guys, do you think getting FP request again is a good sign and reason to believe that she should get an oath request soon.

Anyone in the same boat?

Good sign ofcourse. My first FP expired after the test, got 2nd FP request ...did it and now I am at DM waiting for Oath invite .....

Keep in mind that these days RCMp is taking about 2 weeks to mail out FPs to IRCC and then it takes 7 to 10 days for mail to receive by IRCC Vancouver and another week for IRCC to update file. So keep 4 to 5 weeks in mind for FP to be received and have file updated
