I am currently in India and am applying for my PR from here. However I have stayed in Canada in the past for more than 3 years. I have been visiting India too during this period.
Now my question is do I need RCMP fingerprints for my PR application.
My second question is do I need PCC for the time spent in Canada.....please answer
