RCMP Clearance

I worked for 11 months in Calgary on work permit. I want to know if i would need RCMP clearance for Canada as it is mentioned we dnt need one. Do i also need the state police clearance and the city police clearance as well.

Can some one tell the procedure for the city police clearance when you are not in canada

1. You don't require a police certificate for Canada unless CIC/CHC requests it. They will do a name check on CPIC to see if there is a person with a similar name and age that has a record. If there is, they will request the PCC if not, then they won't.
