Not yet nothing only get this code don't know its visa officer or department. One important thing I get that they mention date when I got my student visa in 2010 also they mention my new wp date which I just today mail them. Its look like they merge all detailed in cec application.

1. It is the office code. For example the RC code for Vancouver is 5133 RC means Reporting Centre.
