I'm at 469 too. I have been waiting for an invitation since March 2018. I kept increasing my points from 438 to 469 by IELTS and adding a diploma. My life depends on it

Agreed. There will be a draw shortly. Don't worry about cut-off, immigration targets have increased, US has started to ease out restrictions (country cap etc), UK has started PBS. All will work in tandem in favour of Canada aspirants.

Can't believe there isn't a draw yet. Seems like it may not happen today.
Weird thing is no major events have happened for ircc to skip this draw. Pretty much nothing we can do but wait for whenever they decide to draw.
