How much time would it take for OINP to actually nominate me and give me 600 scores after notification of interest? I mean considering I will have score of 470 in EE next month, do you suggest I continue with OINP or decline it, timewise?

if you can afford it, please go for the OINP. I doubt 470 will get you an ITA anytime soon even when general draws resume.

Indeed a very limited number of interests were sent. But the good thing is that they did not send to CEC candidates exclusively. Last year, even the Ontario draws had chosen to target the CECs only until July.

are VACs open? Becuz in summer after reopening VACs they restart conducting all program draws. I was thinking they may follow the same pattern as well this time

These days speed of processing depends on your VO more than your AOR. People with Accra VO are getting PPRs very quickly. Whereas those unlucky ones with files at CPC-O like me are in for a long wait apparently.

Some people might to have enough money as at that time, while some intentionally wants that request so they can know their COPR is about to come
