On average 200 candidates per day - above 440 - added to pool!! That too without the ielts results

Everyone's disappointment with that cut-off score is understandable. I'm disappointed as well. But that tie-breaking rule''s date is a huge positive. Everyone on or above 442 are cleared.

There was no one above 442 and maybe maximum 100 people on 442 after the last draw in which cut-off was 442. So, it means almost the whole quota of 3750 has been taken up by new profiles above 441 entering the pool in these 16 days, Can't see anything positive in that

Sorry to that one guy at 442 who didn't get ITA today because of me and weird EE system.
I'm not supposed to complete my 2 years of experience until the end of August but EE system thinks that I have finished my two years and awarded me extra points.

So my journey starts of declining ITA for next 8 weeks.

unfortunately no. you have not passed eligibility. have you tried PNP, paper based.
