413 because there were not enough people. And that happens in May 2016 only. After that it was always 437 up. U don’t compare score u compare ITA numbers.

Just to compare with last year you want IRCC DO cutoff of 413 and give 10000 people ITA

For all those 430ish people, you had one chance that to get Ontario's PNP call during January to March window. But, I have seen most of those people crying that IRCC and Ontario go hand in hand to earn more money(1500 CAD PNP fee) through PNPs and people were doing propaganda that 430ish people should wait till April to get the scores down. Even here, I saw so many comments at Ray of Hope forums that not to recreate the profile to get the NOI. Look what had happened. There is no hope at all. IRCC is very clear on going for the 440 above profiles to get the quality candidates into Canada. For the first time, Ontario was picking 430 CRS around people. You should have got that clue

Now, only hope for 430ish people is to wait for Ontario's call again in September to December window. Apart from that, I don't see any hope at all. I desperately wish that I should be wrong.

Guys be Realistic. I know this is Ray of Hope but there is no fooling anyone. I think we have done seeing the lowest score of this year which was last draw of 440. Score is going up to 450+ next week and then will come down to 442 or something like that in two or three draws and for certain they are going to do a 3 week gap again and this cycle will continue. Just look at February when score was 442 and now after 4 months we are back to where we started.

Time to be realistic. Eiether improve score or forget about Canada. The amount of 440+ entering pool is increasing with days and there is no sign for that to stop. Moreover, things will detoriate futher in coming months as more and more are getting aware of Canada. If you look at the score system , it is very easy for a normal guy to get 450+. You just need 3 years work exp, decent age of 27-31 and CLB 9. You will score 455+ with that profile. Next year 450 will be the cut off. I tried to see some hope but I cant as no hope exist. Period.

I do not think anyone who got noi has let it go except few one off cases that is the reason OINP haven't sent any more NOI s as they are still processing received files. Certainly 440- is just dream now.

When I say not to go for PNP, it means suggesting not to recreate the profile to get NOI. So that, people may lose it by tie breaker rule. In Mark Holthe group, I saw a guy saying he recreated the profile to get the NOI with 438 score. He was bashed by the members and pointing out that he wasted 1500 CAD. Now he even got his PNP in the last week's draw.

The guy I am talking about is my colleague sitting next to me right now. He is so happy I see same people in Mark Holthe's group crying IRCC is cheating them.

You are right. Our score was 444 when we got NOI from Ontario. Why would someone accept such an offer when they can get a direct ITA in the very next draw. IELTS on 30th June now. Sorry for all those who were waiting anxiously on 440. Better luck next week.

pretty sure man ..it wont be below 445! and you better say people below 441!! I have been in the pool for 6 months with score of 440! CIC simply doesn't wanna give ITAs ...if you wanna be safe you should be above 442! 440 is not good anymore! you will get an ITA in a month or 3 weeks!

It is more likely to be above 450. Every week around 1600 joins above 440. So three weeks should have a lot of 450+. Also there are two IELTS result published between the last draw and the draw that is to come.
