No, I do not plan to enter the EE pool again. I have decided, after a lot of internal unrests, inconsistencies, hurricanes, tornadoes, etc. to get married in December and stay with my parents back in my homeland. But, I like the forum and I like everyone here. I will support you all, and will be active here. I wish you success, and I invite you to visit Sikkim sometime (the booze shall be on the house, on me ;))
Well good luck on entering a next stage in life. Am sure you would have a wonderful days ahead with your partner :)
Always stay with us and be sober :D

In the system that would be repeating similar amount each year, it is rather irrelevant if it is from 1.1 to 31.12 or 1.7 to 30.6.
In a long term you need to keep app. monthly ratio (amount of ITA, applications and PPR).

Officially they see the yearly quota from 1.7 to 30.6. next year. And the ultimate measurement is on landed immigrants. (that is why it is from mid of the year). The estimation is, that those that are sending their applications now will be landing somewhere around May / June next year. (there will be few early ones, but most will wait their 5-6 months to get PPR and another 3 months to plan landing).
But the problem is, that would the amount of ITA from the first half of this year be kept alive, you would get too many landings in 2018.
So the only way to keep it is either to increase the quotas or to increase rejection rate (and this will rather go down, as people learn more about the new system).

On the other hand count with more competition in the future. Why? simply because the earth population still grows and if you would assume, that the same % of people (for example 1 of each 100) would be interested in Canada, then the total amount of potential applicants would grow.
So unless there will be growing quota, competition will be more fierce.
Ideal case-
if i had to be the first landed immigrant on 1July 2018 occupying first 3 slots of 320000 ( target for 2018)
Shouldnt i get my ITA on 1 Nov 2017 considering the 9 months ideal lead time.

Then this mean all Oct ITAs occupy 2017 planned landing target and those in Nov take slots from 2018 target.

Edit: (Edited to one zero less;))

Guys, call me crazy, idiot, delusional, whatever you like, I KNOW points will reach 400 soon, for sure! This period is not that CIC is doing against us, it's just that they have a lot of applications to process, they are doing it for us, our turn is around the corner! Trust me! All this waiting will pay off! Trust the process as our @astralsource and @Wandering Mind said!
That really soothes my pain :) Always hoping for the best :)

Yes, @andieangel has really helped soothe the pain for many of us.

I also like and get comfort from your signature. I have been feeling so bad about missing the July 25 OINP registration deadline by a day, so I can only imagine the frustration of missing the deadline by an hour!!

Hi friends,

Can anyone identify the reason behind such a low number of ITA's granted this time? We had a back to back draw within 2 weeks time and still the CRS scored mounted by 1 point, so can this be a sign that the ITA Quotas of the year is coming to an end?

I am always optimistic, especially in the Ray of Hope world, but I really hope through is no reason for us to become worried about the outcome of the yesterday's draw. Thank you all. Cheers.

Hi,
Thanks for the revert.

What exactly do I need to do? As in how do I resolve this??

You probably have to work with your B-school to resolve this. According to WES "When the document WES receives has a clear indication that the program undertaken has AICTE approval, we indicate on our Canadian evaluation reports the program status as “recognized program” and on our U.S. evaluation reports as “accredited program.” However, if AICTE approval is not indicated on the document then we report the status as “non-recognized or non-accredited program."

Has anybody saved crs distribution from previous draw ? Please post so we can compare how much are left in 430+ range.

I think from 30 August onwards, daily of 200 people with 435+ were added to pool. If same rate continues, on 20 September 2017 we might see a draw with roughly same ITA and 434 crs.
I have a confusion, how come after 30th august number of people entering the pool almost doubles?

If you rewind , I always address you as comrade:D and the reason is well known.
I felt an excruciating pain when heard the news. Epitome of bad luck, but it didn't wither my hopes :)

Yes, we are comrades indeed! Which also means we should be landing in Canada around the same time ...

such a disappointing draw. Congratulations & good luck to those who got the ITA's.
After september, if the marks don't come down to 425 , i'll shift my focus to Australia after wards, though it is disappointing to wait after failing in the post ITA procedure.
