This is the lowest number of ITA's issued in a non program specific draw after January 4th, 2017 which also makes it the 2nd lowest number of ITA's issued in a non program specific draw in 2017!

I hope this downward trend on the number of ITA's issued does not continue!

Unfortunately, no. CIC recently opined that no brothers will ever receive ITAs no matter what the cut-off score will be...
