So, most likely, I'm going to accept the NOI and go ahead with my process, until and unless the CRS drops down to 413 again (hope) soon.
Quick question regarding the POF... expert advice please...
I don't have enough funds so I'm thinking of taking a personal loan on my brother's name and get it transferred to me. Is this fine? I'll get a gift deed from him but will that be a problem? Also, how to get a gift deed notarized?

Also, do we again need to upload transcripts?

It depends on how urgent you wanna go to Canada.

There's no way in hell I'm moving there during the winter, so I'll wait until it ends ( end of march/ beginning of april) and then make my move.

Therefore, I can (and will ) wait for a direct ITA, even if I only get it in September for example, because there'll still be time to follow the whole process and arrive in Canada by my planned schedule.

Buddy, I do think you should wait for atleast 2 more draws and no need to accept OINP NOI, right now reason being,
1. If experienced member are predicting CRS 410,is reachable, then we are at CRS 409, so have almost the same chances as 410'ers.
2. Due to yesterday's draw, most of the applicant will suddenly rush to OINP, resulting in the increase in the processing time as earlier( 2-3 months).
3. The bad things are done and over(i.e. effects of 6th june changes, canadian education & 4 week gap).

I still think applicants having 400+ should wait for 2 more draws, before accepting any NOI.

It's more common and more likely to happen on Wednesdays, but some very optimistic people ( like myself) have hopes of a draw this Friday.

Birth certificate is not required for yourself but your kids if you get direct ITA. It will be required for you if you apply through OINP

We are 'EXPECTING' it to be a back to back draw (happening July 5) for sure the points would decline steeply.. I encourage you to look up at the current numbers and come up with your prediction

Hey hey hey, the last one wasn't shock, it happened as expected. Your chance is really high for the next draw and hope we will have back to back draws and CRS should come down at around 420-425.

PS: Bravo for your courage as you had rough time of having 6 ielts. Mine was 3 times until I got CLB9.

For all who have scores in range 400-415 should go ahead with oinp invite, nominations are being sent in 20-30 days and by that time CRS won't go drastically down as many people are entering pool faster partly due to many are applying now as ielts dates are available in idp and bc also due to low CRS many are trying their best to increase their CRS by retaking ielts.

The rate of addition of candidates after 31st may until 22nd jan is as below (approx calculation)
411-420 - increased from 850/900 to 1968 ie. 1100 approx -> assuming relative addition of 10% with june 6 changes minus people who took oinp and got out of the pool
421-430 - increased by 1172 -> assuming 8% increase after june 6 changes
431-440 - increased by 1082-> assuming 5% increase after june 6 changes
441-450 - increased by 809 - > assuming 1% francophones might have come into this range but not who has only siblings in canada
450-600 - increased by 2216 -> all these applicants are either new entrants in pool or those who reappeared for IELTS or gained masters degree or added spouse ECA or ielts . It cannot be francophones or who have siblings in Canada except the news ones who entered in pool after last draw.
600+ -> increased by 355

assuming similar rate of increase and assuming next draw on 12th July ie. 2 weeks so above rate increases will be 2/3rd removing additions due to june 6 changes

411-420 - > increase by 660(1100-10% for 3 weeks, for 2 weeks will be 2/3rd )- >1968+660 =2628
421-430 ->increase by 718(1172 - 8% for 3 weeks, for 2 weeks will be 2/3rd)->1172+718=1890
431-440 ->increase by 686(1082 - 5% for 3 weeks, for 2 weeks will be 2/3rd)->1082+686=1768
441-450 -> increase by 533(809- 1% for 3 weeks, for 2 weeks will be 2/3rd)->809+533=1342
450-600 ->2/rd increase of 2216 -> 1477
600+ > 2/3rd increase of 355 -> 236

Total above 410 = 9341 on 12th july
Assuming IRCC invites 3500 on 12th july, minimum CRS as per my assumption would be 433 +/- 1%

Forgot to mention that there will be some applicants who are francophones and also have a sibling in canada, in such cases they would score additional 45 points from their pre june 6th score, in any case +/- 1% will account such cases, my estimate for july 12th draw still remains 433 +/- 1%
