Guys just a thought and don't take it in a negative way. This is my theory only.

Yes from past few draws and changes we can conclude that CIC is unpredictable. CIC is doing all possible to avoid going 400 points and below, hence they are implementing new rules to alter the CRS points calculation and to increase its cutoff. I think now they are sending nominations or letter of interests to candidates with points as low as 370, to increase their points and keep the cutoff points high. Well only time will tell and my theory may be wrong. But wait for next 3-4 draws and see, else best will be to take nominations and apply.

All the best guys!!
that decision is from Ontario and not CIC...moreover it is driven by the below logic
1.if they keep nominating only those above 400,they might not get the desirable mix of immigrants
2.With cut off coming closer to 400,and with a window of 6 months to respond, those who gets NOI decides to wait...and that puts their numbers in uncertainty & they might miss the whole year target...if they issue NOI to those who are hovering in 300+ those are sure to snatch the opportunity...so an NOI issued will become an application quite fast.
if their idea was to influence the cut off,why couldn't they simply issue nominations to those with 400+..there are sufficient numbers to meet their yearly deficit of less than 3000
anyway, the PNP is not counted in the economic class....CIC will have to discount the total PNP ITAs and issue additional to complete their budgeted numbers...

Yes and more over ONIP reducing thier cutoff below 400 for specific stream in a way says that the scores would come down going forward.

hi Lyssiej,
can you clarify this point for OINP!

Ontario Human Capital Priorities Stream Criteria
To be eligible to apply, you must meet the following provincial criteria:

Work Experience: A minimum of either:
one year work experience within the past five years according to the criteria under the Federal Skilled Workers Program

So far I know it is last 10 yrs work experience why it said 5 yrs instead!
I am afraid!!
1 year continuous work experience in last 10 years is the minimum criteria of IRCC. But on the contrary, OINP requires the same amount of experience in last 5 years only to be eligible for OINP. Hope that clears your query :)

As per my calculations the next CRS score will be as follow (Assuming Draw on 5th July 2017):

3,400 ITA's = 435 +/- 2
3,600 ITA's = 433 +/- 2
3,800 ITA's = 431 +/- 2

If CIC decides to have a back to back draws in July then anyone above 420 will be cleared out in the next 2 Draws. After that Scores will decline by 6/7 Score per Draw.

Assuming there will be 16 more draws this year with remaining ITA's to be issued being 54,249 the standard Size of ITA's issued will be 3,391.

Expected Draw dates

5th July = 435 +/- 2
12th July = 421 +/- 2
26th July = 415 +/- 2

Just my predictions that will change with every draw. Good Luck!

Yes, this will happen, im sure they would do 3 draws in July if they are done with draws in June. Even if a draw happens on 5th the score is bound to come down between 15-20 points looking at he composition of profiles and the additions that will happen. And subsequent draws should pull d crs down by another 10-15 points and i too feel it will be between 410-415

Thanks bill for the inputs

You can at least turn to OINP. I thought getting PR was the priority. I'm at 411 and If I had received invite for OINP I would have started processing. It's very sad that people don't appreciate what they have and keep on whining when they have lots of options available.

I am in total agreement. Some folks here are playing with the EE system, taking and declining ITAs time after time. Wasting resources and complaining how CIC functions.

If one really wants to go to Canada at all cost, he/she would take the first chance he/she were given. Instead of whining and complaining about CAD$1500 and time and whatever trivial crap that seems to be a huge problem in his/her eyes.

Hello
I got Ontario letter of interest as well. My score is just 333 and that is why i am very much interested to avail this golden opportunity. Can anyone guide me how should i go further ?
One more thing to ask. I have mistakenly wrote my full name in wrong order in sur name. My full name is Sd Motan Sed. N I have written Sed instead of Sd in the sur name in the express entry profile. But my full name is written Sd Motan Sed and even in the letter of interest its written Sd Motan Sed. Will that can effect my nomination in future?

Congrats man, thats awesome, read the program guide. U can make those changes while filing the online app

good luck

My CRS score is 387 with NOC 2173. I re-created my profile yesterday and I got Ontario NOI last night. Feeling really excited. But still need to arrange for PoF.
Also, I applied for IELTS re-evaluation 2 weeks ago for the score I used in my EE profile, will it cause any issues ?(I missed CLB 9 from 0.5 in speaking). Is it wise to wait for the re-evaluation to apply for OINP ?
I intend to live in Toronto anyways, so I don't mind intent of living. I just want the PR to happen ASAP, and not want do another IELTS for CLB 9 (did 3 times already).
Any advice is much appreciated.
Thanks

What difference does it make now? U already received an NOI with current score, if it has validity.

Better to arrange documents and apply without reevaluation

I've got a NOI but I'm not whining about the CIC at all. In fact the only reason I haven't applied for the NOI yet is because it's a MASSIVE pain for me to get my work referral letters.

I just got a response from Ontario today on how I can work around that issue (company liquidated etc) so I'm working on that now.
And the more annoying part is that my POF is coming from an account in another country that isn't in my name right now. So I literally have to fly to another country to open a bank account to deposit my money into to show them.

Now that's a real pain in the ass

Maybe someone knows a way I can use POF from an account in a family members name, I doubt it though but I can hope
