i have a follow up question though. my work started on the 20th and if i get through the next draw it wont be 3 years even if its the linkedin way of counting. should i still accept the ITA?

You might have noticed that you dont need to enter the day of the month while entering work experience details in EE. So dont worry

Edit - You are wrong Linkedin doesn't consider day of the month :)

My personal opinion is that you shouldn't reject the ITA.

Speak to more people and do some research before you make a final decision. I'm sure there are a lot of people in the same situation as you.
