I don't know about CELPIP but have you checked IELTS...?
the link I mentioned has another one with practice tests...the actual exam is just the same if not easier than the practice tests...just try those (listening /reading ) and if you are able to score good, next try if you may have to,give IELTS a try...
writing ,it seems you have enough to score 7 with practice...
all the best...ur resuls will come good this time...
I took IELTS when I was coming for studies in Canada (I was required to get 6 overall) As per my experience, I find it more difficult than CELPIP because in IELTS listening, for example, you need to catch the word and spell it correctly. However, in CELPIP it is drop down menu with 4 answers so there is always 25% that you will score. And, Speaking is an obstacle of CELPIP because there are always weird pictures to explain.

Indeed, but If you practice you would succeed.

Pre-Assessed..
firstly you need not score IELTS 9...all IELTS scores are converted into CLB equivalent.
CLB10 ( IELTS : L8.6/R8/W7.5/S7.5) gets you 136 points for 1st language+ 50 points on skill transferability (additional on ur education+work experience points)
CLB9 ( IELTS : L8/R7/W7/S7) gets you 124+50.

you can achieve these scores if you have a good command over English,by practicing practice tests repeatedly and improving urself from IELTS point of view.

below post you'll find some inputs and, there are many more in IELTS thread..

My cousins IELTS score: L8.5/R7/W7/S7
He is assigned only 119 points by the system. Don't know why.

As you mentioned, he should have got 124.
CLB9 ( IELTS : L8/R7/W7/S7) gets you 124+50.

I took CELPIP in 2014 with a score of L-12 R-10 W-8 S-11 with a score of 393. Decided to give Canada another go in 2017 with IELTS and got 438 score was L-9 R-7 W-8 S-9. I prefer IELTS given that the scores can be applied to other countries.

I am really worried as I will loose a good number of points on Friday, 23 June. It is my birthday, and age factor will impact my score at least by 10 points.
